• In recent decades, the hotel has added facilities such as meeting rooms, a rooftop gym, a jazz club and a bar.  More recently, in fall of 2024 the Kung Carl bar has been renovated and expanded.
• The hotel continues to be managed by the two eldest children, Therese Hammar and Marcus Östlundh, who now run the business together. The managing directors, along with their siblings and partners look to continue to expand the hotel with more restaurants and shops.
