Fotografiska, Stockholm’s Photo Museum, is located on the northern shoreline of Söderman with stunning views of Stockholm and the surrounding archipelago. The museum features exhibitions of well-known photographers on three floors. Exhibitions are always changing and have different start and end dates that overlap, making the visit unique every time.

Fotografiska Restaurants

The museum is also known for its restaurants. Bistro Bread & Wine and The Restaurant are located on the top floor of the museum. The restaurant share a space that overlooks the water with views of downtown Stockholm, historic Gamla Stan, and the island of Djurgården.  These award-winning restaurants are known for their creative seasonal entrees and drinks from fresh ingredients. 

Bistro Bread & Wine is open from 11am to 6pm for walk in lunch service. But keep in mind, there may be a long wait from 12noon to 1pm. Dinner service is Sunday to Wednesday from 6pm to 11pm.

The Restaurant is open for dinner service Thursday to Saturday from 6pm to 11pm. Both Bistro Bread & Wine and The Restaurant require reservations for dinner service.

Museum Information

Entrance to the Fotografiska is 150-215 SEK per adult with discounted tickets for Seniors and Students.  Children 0-12 years are free.  There is large gift shop located just inside the entrance showcases books and posters of the feature exhibits along other souvenirs.
