Do you want to submit a Feature Vacation Photo? Here is what you need to know:

Photo must have been taken by you within the last year.

Eligible subject matter includes images of scenery, attractions, or a special moment.

All you need to do is email your photos to [email protected] and include the following information in your email:

• Your name
• The date the photo was taken
• The location of your photo and a brief description. Short stories about the photos are welcome and encouraged, but are subject to editing, as needed.

Submitting does not guarantee your photo and description/short story will be posted. Submittals go through a screening process and will be selected based on, but not limited to, image quality, subject, appropriateness, and the number of submittals received during a given period of time. If your submittal is selected for posting, you will be notified. If the submittal is not used, it will be discarded within a 1-year time period.

By submitting a Feature Vacation Photo, you agree to the following terms:

Eligible submittals are limited to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older.

By submitting a photo, you (i) represent and warrant that the photo is your original work created solely by yourself and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any party; (ii) grant to The Travel Adventures and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, in any and all related media whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, anywhere in the world, with the right to make any and all commercial or other uses thereof, including without limitation, reproducing, editing, modifying, adapting, publishing, displaying publicly, creating derivative works from, incorporating into other works or modifying the photo and (iii) hereby release and discharge The Travel Adventures and its affiliates, officers and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to the use by The Travel Adventures of any photo submitted.
